It was delivered as promised. The quality is excellent. It is good that a lifetime warranty is available.

I need cutters that are strong and robust - these seem just that, lightweight, great cut and strong. Customer support seems excellent and I'm hopeful that the lifetime guarantee will be honoured if issues arise in the future.One disappointing thing. I wanted cutters with telescopic handles. One of the reviews suggested that the cutters have these - but they do not. Could have returned them but needed to use them urgently for a customer.

Typical Japanese top quality and lifetime warranty confirms this, some reviewers state how heavy these long reach telescopic shears are but if you reduce the telescopic extended reach they feel lighter and more manageable but what a quality cutting tool for both grass and tree branches, great value overall

These shears are brilliant. They are very sharp and cut through varying sizes of twigs etc. Would definitely recommend!

Well made, adjustable but a bit too heavy and the blade would be better air a little shorter. The quality, however, is excellent and I assume the blades will remain sharp for a long time, like other Japanese shears I have purchased.

I’ve had cheaper versions of this type of shears in the past and was very disappointed and after a while they ended up in the bin. These edging shears on the other hand are a little bit more expensive than other makes you can find but what you get for your money is a good quality tool that feels well made and is really comfortable to use and very sharp so you get a nice straight edge. I don’t known how the shears will fare in the long run as I just taken delivery and used it only once but going by the feedback from other purchaser’s and their ratings I think this an excellent choice.

I've left it for a few months to see how these edging shears last before reviewing and they have definitely had a good test now. I work as a gardener doing regular maintenance in a lot of gardens and so these get a lot of use. So far I'm very impressed with them, they are lovely and sharp and I use them every day. I was a bit worried that being telescopic handles that they would of fallen apart by now but they are fine and I like that I can keep them in my plastic tool trug which I can't with my usual ones, being too long. I'll try and update my review in another few months when I've seen how they last the summer. So far I really recommend these and may have to buy another set for future use incase they stop selling them! Good value for money, handy to be able to adjust the length too. Perfect so far, 5 stars!
